Change Your GFiber Internet Service Plan

Follow the steps in this article to change your service in your GFiber account or directly in the GFiber app.

You can easily upgrade or downgrade to a different GFiber service at any time in the GFiber App or by logging into your account. If there are multiple services available where you live, you can change your selection before or after GFiber is installed in your home.

Change Your Plan via the GFiber Mobile App

Before you begin, download the GFiber App from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

  1. Open the GFiber App and sign in.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Manage plan.

  4. Select your new plan based on the available options in your area. Check out this article for an overview of all of our plans and pricing. Tap Continue.
  5. Review the new information and tap Continue. You may be prompted to select add-on features.
  6. Tap Continue to confirm the change.
  7. Your account should now show the updated information.

    Please note that certain plan changes require you to switch your router by contacting us. If this is true for your change, follow the same steps as above. Then contact us directly through the app when prompted.

Change Your Plan via the GFiber Online Account Portal

  1. Sign in to your GFiber account.
  2. Under Plan details section, select Manage Plan.

  3. Select from the available products listed, and click Continue.
  4. Follow the steps on screen and select Submit to finalize your plan change.
