Who’s eligible for Uptime Guarantee

Uptime Guarantee is automatically included with Edge 8 Gig. At this time, it’s not available for Core 1 Gig, Home 3 Gig, 2 Gig, 5 Gig, or 8 Gig.

How it works

1. Sign up or upgrade to Edge 8 Gig.
2. Uptime Guarantee will automatically be added to your account.
3. If your internet connection isn’t working 99.9% of the time in a given month, you’ll receive a 25% credit on your monthly bill^*.
